Philips has recently announced a new smartphone for the Chinese market, called Philips D900, This model, made in the form-factor “monoblock”, has a body with smooth contours,and touch screen. It has a fully customizable for a wide range of intelligent applications and features an open mobile platform – Pocket PC, game consoles, and phone since then combined into one.

The D900 will be distributed to China Telecom very soon, however, there’s no word on pricing yet.
